Simon Malpas

Co-Founder

Simon is our resident northerner (he mentions it quite a lot). He has been in recruitment since 2002, with over half of that time within the job board sector.

Simon is our expert on all things job board, advising clients on the right mix, usage and strategy to get the best return. He also looks after all client renewals here at TRS Media and brings his signature tigger-style energy to the team. Being based out of Manchester and growing up in the 90s, Simon’s musical tastes don’t make it past 1999!

Craig Davies

Craig Davies

Co-Founder

Based out of our Birmingham office, Craig is our resident data expert and our go-to person on all things Indeed. He’s also great for a good stat.

He supports clients with data-led insights, performance reviews and optimisation recommendations across their job board activity. Craig has worked in the recruitment sector since the rolodex and fax machines were a thing. Outside of work it’s curry and cycling that keep Craig happy, in that order.

Finance & Business Executive

Tayla keeps TRS Media’s finances in line with a smile, by making sure the numbers behave and everything adds up just the way it should. She’s the calm in the chaos and the reason the rest of us can sleep at night.

Outside of work, Tayla is happiest surrounded by animals. If she’s not with her beloved horse, Mr Fitz, she’s probably on the local padel court working on the perfect winner (or laughing her way through another doubles match).

Marketing Executive

Hannah looks after marketing at TRS Media, shaping how the brand shows up across the website, content and client communications. She works behind the scenes to turn data and insight into clear messaging that reflects how TRS really works with its clients.

She enjoys getting stuck into the detail, asking the right questions and making sure everything feels thoughtful and considered. Outside of work, Hannah can usually be found hiking, reading, or convincing herself that starting another creative project is a very good idea.
